• Registration: Complete the form, register on Active.com, or register on race day 7:30-8:30am
• Times: All Kids Fun Runs begin at 8:30am. All 5Ks begin at 9:00am.
• T-shirts: Free commemorative “tech” t-shirts to the first 100 registrants for the YMCA Fit Fest and Emily’s Run, and the first 200 registrants for the Bridge Run.
• Refreshments: Water, bagels and fruit.
• Prizes: Gift certificates and prizes drawn following each 5K race.
• Free Massage: Available before and after the 5k races.
• Great Music at each of the 5k races.
• Walkers: Walkers are welcome and encouraged to participate in each race.
• Awards: For each of the 5k races, the top 3 winners in each age category will receive awards following the race. Overall Male and Female; 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the following age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 plus
• 1st place overall male and female: $50 cash prize
• 1st place in age categories: $30 gift certificate
• 2nd place in age categories: $25 gift certificate
• 3rd place in age categories: $20 gift certificate
• Awards to all Kids Fun Run participants

Triple Crown Awards

• The overall Triple Crown Winners, male and female, will receive the following cash prizes: 1st: $200 2nd: $100 3rd: $50. To be eligible for Overall Triple Crown Awards you must run in all 3 races.
• The top 2 male and female runners in each age category will receive a plaque. Those who run in all three races will receive a certificate for accepting the Triple Crown Challenge
